Presented by the Sight Center of Northwest, PA, come learn about the year-long diabetes prevention program. Manage your health with nutrition! During the free Discovery Session, interested participants will learn about the details of the extended program. After the Discovery Session, interested participants will have an opportunity to sign-up for the 22-24 session program. Participants will get to try delicious foods to help better manage weight, blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. The start date, weekly meeting day and time will be discussed during the Discovery Session. The structure of the program consists of participants meeting weekly for three months, then every other week for three months, and then once per month for the final six months of the program.

The initial Discovery Session will be held on Monday, June 29th, 2026, from 5:30p-6:30p at the Corry Higher Education Council. There is no cost to participate. Registration for the Discovery Session is required by calling 814-455-0995 (option #4) - Sight Center of NWPA.
