**IMPORTANT: ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE ISO/9001:2015 STANDARD!!

This training is designed to introduce participants to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, the auditing process, audit instruments and the documentation process. Participants will learn how to conduct an audit, write the audit report, and take corrective action. Using a combination of lecture, discussion and auditing case studies participants will develop skills for identifying non-conformance and promoting continual improvement within their service or manufacturing organizations.

Learning targets: Understand ISO 9001:2015 QMS and the underlying Quality Management Principles, understand the organizations products, services and processes – and how they relate to the Quality Management System, gain the ability to apply the principles, procedures and techniques of process auditing, and apply the personal attributes necessary for the effective and efficient internal auditing.

This training will be held Tuesday, Oct. 13, Wednesday, Oct. 14, and Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, from 8:30a-4:30p at the Corry Higher Education Council. The cost to register is $649. Registration can be completed by visiting www.nwirc.org under 'Training & Events.' Lunch will be provided each day.
