Gemba, a Japanese term meaning “the real place,” refers to the workplace where value is created. Gemba Walks help to:
• identify production inconsistencies to improve quality
• observe processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
• foster employee engagement and boost morale
• contribute to safety improvements
Gemba Walk:
The 1-day Gemba Walk workshop provides understanding and application of Gemba core principles, including the philosophy behind Gemba walk. You will learn to plan and conduct successful Gemba walks, analyze Gemba walk data and observations, implement changes for process efficiency, and develop effective communication strategies for engaging with frontline employees.
