Our 8 Wastes and Gemba Training equips supervisors, leads, managers, and improvement teams with practical skills to identify inefficiencies at the source, improve workflow, and strengthen the value delivered to customers. Participants learn how to observe work with purpose, uncover hidden waste, and connect daily process improvement efforts directly to quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

This is more than a lean basics training. Learn how to use these lean practices to optimize processes and walk away with practical tools to transform your operations and achieve sustainable success!

This training will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 9a-12p at the Corry Higher Education Council. The cost to register is $199 ($169 if registered by August 19, 2026). Registration can be completed by visiting www.nwirc.org under 'Training & Events.'
