The past two years have created some challenges in holding people accountable.  We all went into survival mode during Covid and now pulling back and following the rules again hasn’t been easy.  When everyone isn’t held accountable to the same rules and expectations morale takes a significant hit.  So how do we get back to holding ourselves and others accountable? Learn the language of accountability (it should be positive, not negative!) and how to set expectations S.M.A.R.T.E.R.
