Tara Graham holds a BFA in Graphic Design and is a highly credentialed holistic health practitioner with over 20 years of teaching experience in yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition. She is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher through the Himalayan Institute, where she also completed her 200-hour foundational training. Tara is a Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist (200-hour AYS) recognized by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), and a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) as a Holistic Health Practitioner.
Her additional certifications include Yin Yoga (Yoga International), MELT Method Instruction (Longevity Fitness Inc.), and MindBody Therapy (Embodied Philosophy). Tara offers public classes, workshops, and private wellness services, including health counseling, holistic education, somatic therapy, and behavior modification coaching.
