Corry Higher Education Council

In this session, participants will learn how to articulate their values to themselves and others. In addition, participants will learn how to research their target salary, highlight their accomplishments, and find the right words to negotiate for better benefits and pay. Participants will be empowered with a renewed sense of confidence and gain skills to advocate for themselves in the workplace. The session also addresses the gender pay gap and ways in which to eliminate it, but participants of any gender would benefit from attending.
