Join us in another civic-directed conversation at the Corry Higher Education Council to have a non-partisan, objective discussion highlighting Executive Orders and the current political climate most impacting the nation. Dr. Jeffrey Bloodworth of Gannon University will be objectively answering questions on the meaning and implications of recent executive orders. Ask questions and gain insight into the changing political landscape in a judgement-free, non-partisan space that relies on civics and facts to explain current executive orders as they happen. This discussion will take place on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 6p at the Corry Hi-Ed, and will be a part of monthly discussions regarding executive orders and the current political climate. Jeff Bloodworth is a writer & professor of American political history in the School of Public Service & Global Affairs at Gannon University (Erie, PA). He has published widely on post-1960s liberalism and conservatism. He is currently midway through a biography of Speaker Carl Albert, who presided as Majority Leader during the 1960s and as Speaker during Watergate. Heartland Liberal is under contract with the University of Oklahoma Press.
