The Sky's the limit! Research shows that many women self-select out of leadership positions because they don’t feel they have the qualifications or skills to succeed. The MBA’s Womenin Leadership course is specifically designed to address the skills and knowledge that professional women need to possess, whether they currently hold key positions or hope to one day. Plus, all participants will have the opportunity to try their new networking skills and discuss questions relating to leadership during our lunchtime roundtable.

◦ Learn how to inspire those you lead and influence change.

◦ Construct a personal goal plan to help facilitate a more balanced life.

MBA Instructor: Andrea Bierer, Trainer and Consultant

Bierer has over two decades of marketing and communication experience, spanning the full spectrum from nonprofit grant initiatives to comprehensive for-profit company marketing. During her career, she has operated as the communication coordinator for multiple large community initiatives, served various roles at local universities, and thrived as a frequent certified trainer across Pennsylvania on a wide variety of topics. Bierer is a marketing manager for DBC Remodeling & Construction and has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication.
