The Sky's the limit! Research shows that many women self-select out ofleadership positions because they don’t feel they have thequalifications or skills to succeed. The MBA’s Womenin Leadership course is specifically designed to address theskills and knowledge that professional women need topossess, whether they currently hold key positions or hope toone day. Plus, all participants will have the opportunity to trytheir new networking skills and discuss questions relating toleadership during our lunchtime roundtable.

MBA Instructor: Andrea Bierer, Trainer and Consultant

Bierer has over two decades of marketing and communication experience,spanning the full spectrum from nonprofit grant initiatives to comprehensive for-profitcompany marketing. During her career, she has operated as the communicationcoordinator for multiple large community initiatives, served various roles at localuniversities, and thrived as a frequent certified trainer across Pennsylvania on a widevariety of topics. Bierer is a marketing manager for DBC Remodeling & Constructionand has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication.
