Presented by the Jefferson Educational Society, there is a new challenge occurring worldwide, but especially in the United States: Presently, our workforce has more generations working at the same time and same place in unprecedented numbers. To be a successful leader in the modern workplace, we must evaluate how to best lead a diverse, multi-generational group of people. Focusing on the things that all generations may need that are the same and what they need that may be different. In this presentation, JES Raimy Fellow Bradley Thompson will define the multi-generational workforce leadership and establish a framework to guide leaders when dealing with a variety of generations.
