Curious about geocaching? This is the perfect workshop for those interested in geocaching but aren’t quite sure how it works or where to start. Geocaching, in short, is an outdoor treasure-hunting activity that uses GPS-enabled devices. This 2-hour workshop will cover the basics of what geocaching is in further detail, how it works, different types of geocaches, how to get started, geocaching etiquette, and geocaching safety. The workshop will consist of both presentation and “lab” time outdoors practicing geocaching. Preregistration is required for $10 for the workshop being held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 5:30p-7:30p at the Corry Higher Education Council.
