Generational Leadership Training
with Bradley Thompson
$100
This workshop is intended to instruct managers and leaders on how they may best lead a diverse group of people and increase their businesses retention. Specifically, we will be looking at generational differences among employees.
In each session, discussions will include leadership and management techniques, the difference between leading and managing, generational differences, how to best adapt to each employee’s needs, ways to retain employees and reduce turnover, among other related topics. There will be a discussion at the beginning of each session, along with videos and/or PowerPoint presentations. After the discussion, as a group, individuals will share their own experiences and thoughts on the topic(s) of the day, and then will workshop solutions together. Between each session, attendees will be expected to implement, in their workplace, what they have learned and bring feedback to the next session. There will be some light homework, such as readings and videos.
