Join us for an immersive culinary experience where the forest meets the kitchen! In Cooking with Mushrooms, you’ll learn how to handle, prep, and cook with a variety mushrooms in a hands-on class designed for curious food lovers, nature enthusiasts, and adventurous home cooks. Whether you’re a foodie, forager, or just mushroom-curious, this workshop is your chance to learn how to cook with seasonal, wild mushrooms in a warm, welcoming setting. After some light instruction, you’ll roll up your sleeves and cook, then enjoy a 3-course gourmet meal. All materials for the class will be provided by the instructor.
