American Sign Language II - Beyond the Basics

Broaden your knowledge of the deaf community and deaf culture by participating in an intermediate course in American Sign Language (ASL). If you took the American Sign Language course for Fall 2024, the class is the next step in the path to learning ASL. In this course, participants will learn about deaf culture as well as grammar structure, classifiers, numbers thru 100, hobbies and activities, pronouns, time and calendar, sports, directions, travel, holidays, season and outdoors! The 8-week course starts on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 – Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 6p-8p at the Corry Higher Education Council.
